Mosmar has worked closely with Sparke Helmore for the past 10 years, supporting their internal solution DocAuto. Throughout that journey, Sparke Helmore has played a critical role in development and direction of Mosmar’s DocAssist, considering the solution the likely replacement for their ageing internal solution.
We were contacted by the team at Sparke Helmore in December 2018 to assist them with modernising their document automation process.

Hall and Wilcox are a leading independent Australian law firm who are also prominent supporters of legal innovation and technology.
Hall and Wilcox reached out to us in 2018 with the specific problem they were facing document production. They wanted to give one of their major practice groups the ability to capture and store data while creating documents with the purpose of reducing re-entry for future document production, as well as reporting purposes. The solution had to be cost effective and easy for the users to engage with.
Reducing the frustration of document drafting
Already a customer of my Mosmar, Gilchrist Connell (a leading Australia Insurance Law Firm) reached out to us for assistance with their custom coded precedents in 2015. They wanted to improve the quality of their precedents for their 125 users, and were looking to update their macros. We show them Docassist instead, knowing it would be a better solution for them long term.
